How to request free samples.
The following instruction will help you to place sample
request through our website.
Holtek USA is providing free samples for most of our
products. The quantity of free samples are limited to two (2) per
item. There is no charge to you if you provide us with your own Fedex
or UPS account. Otherwise, we charge a minimum shipping fee which
only covers shipping within North American. Please follow the steps
below to place a sample request.
Sign up. (Skip this step if you have Holtek USA
online account already). This will provide us with your billing and
shipping address. You only need to do this once. Click
here to start sign up.
If you are requesting free samples, click on
“Products” menu and follow the on screen instruction.
After you selected your samples, then goto “My
cart” page to check out your samples.
After you have confirmed and updated your sample
quantity. Then
Click on “Step 1(login)” button to
login.
After login, click on “Step 2(Check
Address)” button to check and edit your shipping address.
Make sure you have checked the “Sample
Request” check box as indicated with the red arrow in Picture
1.
Make sure you have selected a shipping method. If
you have own UPS/Fedex account, please select radio button for UPS
account or Fedex Account and enter your account number.
Click on “Step 3(Check out)” button.
If you need to pay any balance for shipping fee, you will then be
taken to our credit card processing page.
If you need to contact us, click on “Support”
menu to send message to us.
If you are our old customer and still want to use
our legacy sample request form. You certainly still can do that.
